1. COMPLETE A Serve team APPLICATION
If you haven’t done so already, please check out the Serve Team Opportunities below. Once you have an idea of where you would like to serve, please complete the Serve Team Application Form. You will then receive a job description and the Ministry Director will contact you.
2. COMPLETE A SHADOW EXPERIENCE
After you express interest in a Serve Team, you’ll be scheduled for your Shadow Experience as a volunteer. The Shadow Experience is designed to assist you in finding your volunteer “sweet spot.” It includes a brief orientation to your ministry of choice and the opportunity to explore your new Serve Team.
3. COMPLETE MINISTRY TRAINING
Each ministry requires different training. Your training will be provided by your Ministry Director.
4. SERVE
While there is no time committment period when serving at CT, we ask you give your serve position time to decide if it's a good fit! If not, we can help you find that "sweet spot". Most of our Serve Teams are on a bi-weekly or monthly rotation. However, your commitment will be based on your specific team.
