As a church, we steward our facilities as sacred space. All rentals must align with the mission, values, and standards of Christ Tabernacle Church. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

Yes. A security deposit may be required depending on the type and size of your event. Deposits help secure your date and cover any potential damages or additional cleaning needs.

Yes. Every renter is granted 15 minutes of setup time before their rental and 15 minutes of breakdown time after their rental at no additional cost. Any additional time requests will be reviewed by staff and approved based on facility scheduling and availability.

Yes. Tables and chairs may be included with select rentals based on room setup and availability. Let our team know your estimated guest count and setup needs.

Yes. Outside vendors, decorators, caterers, and event professionals are welcome. All vendors must follow CT Athletic Center facility guidelines and approved event times.

Insurance may be required for certain large-scale events, tournaments, vendors, or higher-risk activities. Our team will let you know if coverage is needed for your event.

Basic facility access is included, but additional sound, media, livestream, or tech support may require an added fee and advance scheduling.

Yes. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in approved event spaces. Renters are responsible for cleanup and following all facility guidelines.
